Is the free plan really free?
Yes. Every analysis, every AI model and Discover are free with no time limit. Pro adds publication exports, auto-written text, more cloud storage and the Facet chat.
Can my lab or department pay by invoice?
Yes. Choose Lab, or write to us with your institution’s details, and we will send an invoice or accept a purchase order.
Do prices include tax?
Taxes are calculated at checkout where they apply, and you receive a tax invoice.
What happens if I cancel?
You keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for, then return to the free plan. Your projects stay yours, and you can export them at any time.
Will the early-access price go up?
New subscribers may pay more later; your price stays the same while your subscription continues.
